Probiotic, Ginseng, Dahryn Skin Care, SK Energy and Water Purchases

We accept returns for new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the product received is defective or incorrect, we will provide you with full refund and also pay the return shipping costs. You may need to send us back the defective or incorrect product before we can process your order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from when we receive your returned product; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Before you ship us back your return product, you must contact our customer service at: cs@trivediproducts.com A case will be opened for your refund request and detailed instructions will be sent you on how to and where to send your product for refund. This will enable us to process your refunds quickly and effectively. Refunds will NOT be provided if prior contact was not made with our customer service department.

Wine Purchases

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you received wine bottles that were damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace them. We may require you to hold on to the damaged items while we process a damage claim with the carrier. Please contact us before disposing of any damaged items. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS: Although the occasion is rare, if we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you! If you received products you did not order, or if you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you with a replacement order. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may also require you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up.
